"The e-commerce course offered by The Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce helped me to understand the psychology behind attracting new customers to your website and keeping current ones.  I was amazed at how the aesthetics of your brand makes a difference in how your customers view & experience your business, which is something I use now for my social media pages.  I also learned how to secure my business domain, and how to organize data on your website/social media pages to increase your viewers and keep them engaged.  Although I have not set up my website, after taking this class I now have a general idea of what it entails.  I’d definitely recommend this course for all current and prospective business owners.  It doesn’t matter whether they’re offering a service, selling products or need to develop a digital presence for marketing.  I will be taking this course again now that I’m actually operating the fitness business I was talking about at that time."
